Privacy policy

SKMB Software Ltd runs this site and decides how your data is used.

What we keep

Your email address (if you sign in with Google, we receive only the email address Google confirms, nothing else), the IP address you signed up from, an anonymous ID of each PC you link the app on (a scrambled form of the Windows machine ID, used only to stop the free credits being claimed again with another account), a salted hash of your password, your credit history, the names of the apps you linked, and when you downloaded the installer.

What stays on your PC

Your videos, finished clips and chat logs are processed and kept on your own computer. They are not uploaded to us.

Clip picking

To choose clips, Replayr sends text to our server: a transcript of the speech around the busiest moments and a sample of chat messages from them. Our server passes it to Anthropic (the company behind Claude) to pick the clips and write titles, and returns the answer. We do not store that text. We keep only a count of requests and tokens per job to prevent misuse and to work out costs. Anthropic processes it under its commercial API terms, under which inputs are not used to train its models. Do not process videos that contain private information you would not want sent to a service provider.

Meeting summaries (Replayr Business)

For a meeting summary, the meeting's transcript text (with speaker names, if a transcript file was added) is sent the same way: through our server to Anthropic, which writes the summary. We don't store the text. The recording itself stays on your computer.

Who sees it

Our email provider (Resend) sends our emails. Paddle takes payments and keeps its own records as the seller. Anthropic processes the text sent for clip picking, as above. Our host stores the database.

Your rights

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. That erases it and everything linked to it. We keep only a scrambled, one-way code made from your email address and PC IDs, so the free credits can't be claimed again by deleting and signing up. You can ask us for a copy of your data or a correction by email.
