Terms of use

These terms cover your use of Replayr, the software, and this website, operated by SKMB Software Ltd.

The software

Replayr runs on your own computer. You choose the videos you process and you are responsible for having the right to use them and for what you publish. Replayr does not post anything for you.

Credits

One credit processes one video. Credits don't expire, can't be exchanged for money, and can't be transferred. Free credits can be changed for new accounts.

Your account

Keep your password private. One account is for one person. We may close accounts that abuse the service.

Third-party services

Replayr works with Twitch and YouTube, and uses Anthropic's Claude to pick clips. Their terms apply too, and you must follow them. We don't control them and they may change or stop working. Clip picking sends text from your videos to our server and to Anthropic, as described in the privacy policy.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any taxes that apply, which Paddle works out at checkout.

Liability

The software is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost data, lost revenue or indirect loss. Nothing here limits your legal rights as a consumer.
