Refund policy

If Replayr doesn't work for you, tell us within 14 days of buying credits and we'll refund unused credits from that purchase. Paddle processes the refund to your original payment method.

Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all purchases, so refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method. You can also request one from Paddle's help centre.

Credits that have already been used to process videos can't be refunded unless the app failed to produce a result, in which case we'll return the credit.
